Y O G A - ALISON TREWHELA www.yogatrewhela.co.uk

Alison will be living both in TRURO, Cornwall, UK and also FRIBOURG, SWITZERLAND from October 2009 for a year or two. She will develop her yoga understanding and practice further during this 'yoga sabbatical' and will return regularly to the UK to teach workshops and offer individual yoga consultations and tuition. (All her Cornish classes will be covered by experienced Iyengar Yoga teachers throughout this period. See Class Timetable Page. Thanks to those teachers.)  She is attending classes with Ali Dashti in Bern regularly and values his inspirational teaching.

Thank you to all Alison's students – past, present and future – without whom she could not be a yoga teacher and would not have learnt so much. Keep up your yoga forever!

YOGA RESEARCH RESULTS OUT NOW www.yogaforbacks.co.uk

Alison is currently putting her efforts into aiming to make sure that the University of York and Arthritis Research UK research will benefit yoga, yoga teachers, yoga students and those with low back pain (as well as GPs who are now excited about the possibility of having something to recommend for this frequently-presenting, 'heart-sink' problem).
